What Capitec needed

Capitec’s “Let’s Start Today” volume driver campaign encouraged South Africans to take the first step towards their dreams by sharing them online for a chance to have Capitec make them a reality. To support this initiative, Capitec required an engaging design for the integrated artwork featured on their website blog, alongside a TVC script and a series of social media posts to raise awareness and inspire participation in the campaign.

How we made it happen:

We created a custom illustration for The Great South African Dreamboard – the key visual for the campaign. This interactive map showcased the hopes and dreams of people across South Africa, inspiring a nationwide movement of positivity. Our TVC script spoke to the hearts of South Africans, motivating them to take action, while our social media posts kept the audience engaged through weekly giveaways.

The campaign was a resounding success, boosting brand love across all digital channels. Capitec effectively positioned itself as a brand for the people, one that supports their long-term and short-term goals.
